PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Technically, as the case has now concluded, surely there are no longer 115 (or 130) charges anymore? They're either convictions, or invalid. So how can they continue to be incorrectly referred to as charges?

Based on what little we know these payments may be in respect of sums that should have been paid through clubs accounts but equally possible is that they won’t be proven to be club liabilities.

Personally I think the PL have a dilemma in that RA is no longer on the scene and whilst payments on the face of it may indeed appear to be the clubs even on the balance of probability it may not be easy to prove to the required level

I agree it’s confusing as to why having listened to the evidence and witnesses that they don’t know their verdict. There is however 10 weeks or so of evidence to consider and vast amounts of written pages.

Every charge will need to be recapped and summarised, with their verdict. Guessing that they may need to consult with experts as well. Their decisions also become case history which will influence future cases, so need to be correct.

All this has to be written up and agin checked T crossed and i dotted I’ve seen opinions that say it will extend to 500 pages

All above is guess work as I’m not a legal professional so might be bollocks

Once it’s in the hands of legal professionals then leaks stop this happened on the CAS case as well Leterme who was UEFA chief investigator definitely had an agenda against City Very suspicious how he forgot to charge PSG within the allowed timeframe
Was dismissed once the City verdict was announced

They're still deliberating, so as we're neither convicted nor exonerated at this stage it's absolutely fine that they're still referred to as charges or alleged breaches.

I have to say you have to be pretty corrupt to get fired by UEFA for corruption. Him and Rick fucking Parry too ..... Both presumably removed after the promised investigation of their performances against (PSG and) City.

I don't need to wait for a judgement. I am going to reach blindly into my sock drawer. If I pull out blue ones, all good. If I don't, start worrying.
