PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The amount of reds I've seen attributing our current form to being found guilty is beyond funny. There's some serious desperation in those claims. I'm really looking forward to seeing their piss boiled over the coming months.
Let them have their day in the sun. City not being top only being top 4ish is what success looks like for them now.

we been cleared yet?
We will soon mate. Right at the beginning of the sham case starting I was told 100% true one of our lawyers said the whole case was a joke and it was easiest £xxxx£ he will ever have made. Sit tight, don't let the red **** bugs bite and enjoy the agony of the twats demise . . .

Coincidences happen. That's where conspiracy theories come from.

Personally, I think it's a consequence of accumulated injuries over years, playing players the last couple of years when not fully fit and an unfortunate (possibly consequential) spate of injuries this year all at the same time.

The signs were there in the Cup final. Players had hauled themselves to the title and were on their last legs physically and emotionally in the final. It seems to me they haven't recovered yet.

Add to that an over-reliance by Guardiola on certain (naturally older) favoured players and a reluctance to try academy players and it's a perfect storm. But like all storms, it will pass.

We will make top four and the CL play-offs, no problem.

Actually, I feel a bit like the players. Absolutely shattered after the last four years of panicking throughout each game about every result. It will be nice to have a year where we can lose a few games and it "doesn't matter". Back to full stress levels next year :)
Absolutely spot on. Always thought the cup final was a big red flag warning and so not what City have shown us in recent years.

It was as if the mountain had been climbed winning the league. Whether it was over celebrating or whatever, that was a huge warning sign and should have signalled a refresh in the Summer.

A fallow season and regroup may help - but I worry that with the changover of Txiki/Viana and if we miss out on CL next season with so many players needing replacing it’s gonna be a tricky few months.

A little snippet if you're really, really desperate - Kieran Maguire on Price of Football said City's lawyers have been smiling a lot when leaving the hearing - but that might be due to their bank balances <:O)
They can't believe what a piece of piss the case has been for sure

errr injuries so no rotation.its not rocket science
The way Pep has managed to have a core of 16/17 players & be able to keep them fresh by rotating is missed by the unwashed & its why they think we have a massive squad. This season we have seen the likes of Gundogan & to a lesser extent Kovacic having to play every 3 or 4 days. Walker is getting pelters but would he be making poor mental decisions if he was rested & fully fit

I get that you are glass half-empty by nature, but personally I don't doubt that we will be top four this year, or that we will qualify for the CL play-offs this year. This squad is good enough even without Rodri to easily achieve both of those objectives as players come back over the next few weeks.

If I am wrong, I will quit Bluemoon and go back to supporting Chelsea :)

We’ll piss top 4. Fortunately after the top 3 the rest of the teams aren’t playing that well - at least the bigger ones. Think about how bad our form has been and we’re still just in the top 4. Our form will settle down soon enough especially if we recruit in January and we’ll probably pull away from whoever is in 5th/6th.

Don’t know if mentioned already, apologies if it has, but Lord Pannick replied to Karen Brady (and others) in the House of Lords, during debate about the Football governance bill:

I’ve only included Lord Pannick’s contributions, as he is relevant to City by association. Just from scanning the pages (and pages, and pages) of the debate, Lord Pannick comes across as succinct and to the point, compared to the waffling of others.

Someone to avoid is Lord Rainow who shoehorned into the debate about being a United season ticket holder and biggest crowd, longest waiting list blah blah blah

"The problem is that those rules are made by the 20 premier league clubs themselves".

He knows.

Maybe Lord Rainow, being a rag season ticket holder, should change his title to a more appropriate Lord Rainedon

So Lord Rainow is just a typical rag " supporting " **** who believes that they are something which they clearly are not.

Without the braindead lemmings keeping them afloat they would cease to exist as a force in football terms.

So the thickest and most fickle cunts in the world remain responsible for them infesting the real world.

Thanks to the honourable Lord, as yet another who has been a good turn, but clearly on too long !

Cunts all of them.
