The Conservative Party

Its been coming for almost 10 yrs but it wont be long now.

Things I have noted is the first is that without taking into account that Tory support has been impacted by 14 years of a piss poor Tory Govt its also a fact that they have concentrated their efforts on their base which was ageing and old people die sadly so they needed to do more for a younger element but they didn't and continue not to.

Second we only have Farage's word for this - its an online "tracker" run by Reform Ltd so taking his word for it is a fools errand without an independent audit.

They are not members, they are not even shareholders to a Ltd company they are just donors - when they realise its £25 to buy you no influence and thats also £25 PER YEAR I suspect donor numbers will fall and he won't be crowing about that happening.

He will be in the Tory party within the next 2 years. 3 tops. He will be the Conservative Party candidate for PM by the time of the next general election. £10 on it, or a bag of chips, whichever is cheapest by then and there wont be much in that either. Maybe get me a muffin with the change if it stretches that far

Various political commentators on both left and right saying the same thing.

Starmer's appeasing him will bite the country on the arse.

What the Tories always relied on was people becoming more economically conservative as they neared retirement.
Various sources have said that this is no longer the case.
Possible reasons would, I believe, be that previous generations would have been getting better off financially throughout their career, however 14 years of wage stagnation mean that many of us between 55 and 60 are thousands of £ per year worse off than 2009 when adjusted for inflation, at a time when the inequality of wealth is getting ever wider.

This does not augur well for the future of the self-servatives party, and quite possibly the number of Tory MP's could continue getting worse (better).

spends 5 years showing he is a boorish bullying twat then wonders why - and for context since losing his seat he will have had a payoff just a few quid shy of £30450.00 and his term in office has "earned him a pension pot of £36500.00. He is 34 so will "retire " well into his 60's so there is a lot of growth to take place in that pot before he takes it.

To put it into perspective his old constituents if they worked full time earned on average £27500 per year - probably whi he liked to call them scum

He was a teacher before becoming an MP. He has absolutely no chance of any school hiring him again so if he's only applying for teaching jobs he will be unemployed for a long time.

14 years that they had to give this gimmick a go, they knew it wouldn’t work and left it till the last second - now to blame Labour for the migration issue. Tories are a joke.

To be fair since the post lockdown truths came out and the Rwanda bollox was shown to be ..well bollox all they were about was salting the earth for Labour then blaming all their failures on Labour. Today Philp was doing the rounds saying that Rwanda should not have been cut - the idea a £270m "plan" that saw 4 volunteers sent there was effective is fucking nonsense

Would have actually been a good idea to keep the Rwanda deal and round up the Tory Party and send them there.

Jonathan Gullis and Boris Johnson could have got jobs dressing up as mountain gorillas for tourists.

Suella Braverman could have been an Admiral in their navy.

Jacob Rees-Mogg could have been used as a drainpipe cleaner.

Kemi Badenoch could have been a school dinner lady.

Jenrick could have scared naughty children.
