Part of the 2014 Settlement Agreement with UEFA was that City don't increase the value of - IIRC - two second-tier sponsorship deals over a specified period of time. Now I don't know who those deals were with but I think we can safely guess that Etisalat and Aabar were the two companies involved so in terms of related parties and FMV it was dealt with over a decade ago and shouldn't become an issue now unless the PL want to be utter cunts about it.

The fact that Sheikh Mansour chaired the entity that owned Aabar & Etisalat does not necessarily make them related parties to Manchester City. PWC would have needed to understand the full nature of HHSM's involvement in those companies to understand whether he exercised a sufficient level of influence and control over them. I doubt they did.

What I am saying is the PL has the power to accept exceptional losses which may clear a club that otherwise would almost definitely fail psr.
They also have the authority to dismiss such claims where they wish.

But when blatant cover ups and negative news about the red cartel clubs get hush hushed and watered down then you know something isn't right.

Given what we have seen in all areas of life in this country for decades none of us should be surprised by the way we have been treated. But even a cynic like me has been surprised by the sheer level of corruption we have seen from our commercial rivals and their pals in the media.

Again, Not one Club complained to the Premier League or Asked about the figures united has been allowed
Covid 19 allowances were 20times more than the rest, as for the legal feed with the sale of B shares to Jim that should not be allowed and the Glazers or Jim should be paying for legal fees themself

They didn’t make or ask me to say anything. I merely explained (as I would about any club including say Chelsea) that it not the club’s responsibility to make sure the rules make sense. All clubs’ responsibility is to themselves. They are all entitled to push the rules hard - if the PL accepted United’s numbers, United have done nothing wrong. Similarly with Chelsea and the hotels.
