Hope so
Agreed, it is the allowable expenses and exceptional payments where the issue is.
I would love to see a published list from the PL.
Just wait until United's next bout of imagination is filed under accounts.
I think you've answered your own question there.Part of the 2014 Settlement Agreement with UEFA was that City don't increase the value of - IIRC - two second-tier sponsorship deals over a specified period of time. Now I don't know who those deals were with but I think we can safely guess that Etisalat and Aabar were the two companies involved so in terms of related parties and FMV it was dealt with over a decade ago and shouldn't become an issue now unless the PL want to be utter cunts about it.

PSR is an automatic process. You submit your accounts and add back any allowable expenses. But yes, if they exceed the £105m maximum allowable loss then the PL should investigate. That's when they bring in Stevie Wonder to scrutinise the rags' accounts.
Why did nobody else flag up the £75million in alliances United got away with, It was washed and brushed under the carpet quickly, Clearly Fudged and based on losses on COVID 19 match day revenue, also the sales of shares to Jim will fix it was for legal fees again nothing to do with the club but the Glazers
Hamster must have woken.Doesn’t tell us much other than his anus is twitching.
Given that PWC were being paid by UEFA, they would say that wouldn't they? And PwC, who advised UEFA that Aabar and Etisalat were classified as 'related parties.
To be fair, they didn't when I worked for them.If only BDO had access to Google
Yes, but that was before that tinterweb thing came out.To be fair, they didn't when I worked for them.
No other club has been subject to such scrutiny going back 16 years coupled with an orchestrated media smear campaign. The PL leadership has acted with bad faith. They treat City differently to most other clubs. What I am saying is the PL has the power to accept exceptional losses which may clear a club that otherwise would almost definitely fail psr.
They also have the authority to dismiss such claims where they wish.
I’m on 80% My beloved City will receive no punishment because we are innocent, but there is a 20% chance that the there will be some punishment? What is the majority view?No other club has been subject to such scrutiny going back 16 years coupled with an orchestrated media smear campaign. The PL leadership has acted with bad faith. If every other club got treated and scrutinised the same as us we could hold our hands up and say fair enough. No other club has been subject to such scrutiny going back 16 years coupled with an orchestrated media smear campaign. Given what we have seen in all areas of life in this country for decades none of us should be surprised by the way we have been treated. But even a cynic like me has been surprised by the sheer level of corruption we have seen from our commercial rivals and their pals in the media. If every other club got treated and scrutinised the same as us we could hold our hands up and say fair enough.
But when blatant cover ups and negative news about the red cartel clubs get hush hushed and watered down then you know something isn't right.
When the red mardarses got that fine every single media outlet couldn't tell us quick enough it was a minor breach and fine.
This unfortunately is what we've been up against for years and I think khaldoon has finally got his balls out and retaliated.
Stefan made reference to it on Talksport.
His comments did not attract a discussion on the matter, they quickly brought said carpet into the room.
95% we won’t get any punishment, 5% the fuckers come up with some snide way of tar & feathering us with some bs chargesI’m on 80% My beloved City will receive no punishment because we are innocent, but there is a 20% chance that the there will be some punishment? What is the majority view?
Better chance than 80% will go for that95% we won’t get any punishment, 5% the fuckers come up with some snide way of tar & feathering us with some bs charges
Defo, in imho of courseBetter chance than 80% will go for that
100% on the non cooperation nonsense but fuck all else.I’m on 80% My beloved City will receive no punishment because we are innocent, but there is a 20% chance that the there will be some punishment? What is the majority view?
They didn’t make or ask me to say anything. I merely explained (as I would about any club including say Chelsea) that it not the club’s responsibility to make sure the rules make sense. All clubs’ responsibility is to themselves. They are all entitled to push the rules hard - if the PL accepted United’s numbers, United have done nothing wrong. Similarly with Chelsea and the hotels.Yep.. they (talksport) had United on the phone to get Stefan to say in his next slot that United did nothing wrong with the allowances, But Stefan also said how Arsenal who gets 60.000 at home games could only get around £2million in allowances in the PSR ruling,
Again, Not one Club complained to the Premier League or Asked about the figures united has been allowed
Covid 19 allowances were 20times more than the rest, as for the legal feed with the sale of B shares to Jim that should not be allowed and the Glazers or Jim should be paying for legal fees themself
It was before computers came out!Yes, but that was before that tinterweb thing came out.
If this is the case you are entirely remiss for not calling simon jordan a floppy haired **** while dropkicking jim whiteThey didn’t make or ask me to say anything. Just to be completely clear, TalkSport have never asked me say anything at all either way. It’s a completely open forum for me to answer as I wish. In fact, they have never even hinted at a direction they would like me to go.
