It's a pity Arsenal have a fair few injuries going into the FA Cup game this weekend, It will be a closer than what it should be with Saka missing.

They'll soon be brought back down to earth anyway.

As much as we would all love the rags get relegated anyone who thinks that would put an end to the endless articles about them are in for a shock.
They would probably win the championship and I think there would be even more sky bbc shite written about there rise back to glory and how they are back etc.
It would be totally embarrassing for the media to do this but they play to the audience because that’s where the money is.

I'm old enough to remember the wankathon in the mid 70's, swashbuckling 4-2-4 football with Hill & Coppell...the romance of the rags etc. as they played the best football the world had ever seen ...66 goals in 42 games with updated for modern times 87 points.

For comparison our last promotion season 108 goals in 46 games with 99 points.....now that's what I'd call swashbuckling!!!

If there weren't already 3 woefully inept teams below them, they'd be in serious risk of relegation. Southampton are an embarrassment to the name Premier League, Ipswich are at least getting surprising results, but not enough to overhaul the scum. Wolves, Palace and Everton are all much of a muchness.

Six-pointers and a decent run of form might make things interesting but I don't see it. The stats don't lie, however; they are currently the second worst team in the PL right now.
If Ipswich play against the rags the way they played against Fulham, the scum will have a battle on their hands.

You just know if they did get relegated,Sky would still have their games on alongside premier league games, like say Sunday early kick off or the 4-00/4-30 main game, you just know it would happen..
Every single one of their EFL game would be live.

Our buckle was definitely more swashed than theirs.

Rick Parry would love them to be relegated for two reasons.

Talking of bullshit, why on earth is there live coverage of the funeral of the rags receptionist? I find it unbelievable but in this day and age not at all surprising.
What is surprising is there may be the odd blue who still thinks there is no media rag agenda.
These fuckers who never gave much of a shit about the Munich victims or survivors and who certainly don’t seem to give a shit about those staff recently made redundant -suddenly turn up on mass for this funeral.

They want to catch a clip of Rooney wanking in the pews

Agree with all that, but imagine them goin down and doin a Leeds/ Sunderland , and struggling , then dropping again just like another team did in the 90’s!!!!

Eavesdropping 2 managers at work, when the rag was asked if he'd watched the shitty cheeks derby, he hadn't cos they'd been so terrible recently! He then diverted attention to hoping salfod put City in their place.

Silly twats can't bear it when a few corners are reversed around, try being us in the 90s.

At first I thought it was the usual Blue Moon wags taking the piss with the live updates from the funeral of one of their employees, couldn't believe it was true..... Media city not fit for purpose.

Anyway when the foul despot meets his maker, I don't believe any of the contemptible shit he and Gill got up to will be published, like the witch hunt against us, diversionary tactics every time.

To be fair though the Keegan promotion season had pretty much every game on the on digital platform that ITV had back then.
When they went bust Chris Bird (I think it was him) said at a P&W meeting that we had come away from it well in front financially.

You are right though could you imagine the narrative - Premier League not the same without the scum, fantastic opportunity for supporters of other clubs to have the opportunity to visit the Trafford Waterfalls, how their very presence in The Championship makes it one of the most attractive leagues in the world and on and on it would go.
They’d probably even manage to get a quote from The Pontiff that he doesn’t want them to fuck off after all!
