Blocked me when I asked him for a charity bet of £100 that we will not be relegated and as to why the SFO, Police, CPS have never ever been involved albeit a civil case. Guy is mentally ill mate-Ignore and scroll past

It would be a very expensive on stupid exercise just to give a perception of confidence.

That's very true, however there would be no way the club would invest £150m in new players who could walk away for nothing in May

Is he deluded I cant imagine City would spend a billion on a stand 5 new players and a lengthy contract as part of an act - Tosser

Rangers are also a strange comparison. Without knowledge of exactly what happened with the rest of the clubs which FMA has mentioned, Rangers as a club went out of business and ceased to exist so of course their (former) players could "leave" for free as they were no longer attached to any club, ipso facto. You can't lump together a bunch of clubs where different things happened to each which resulted in different consequences.
