We will see a big spike in operating costs in the accounts and suspect one of the clubs will leak the actual amount from management accounts.

Will MCFC be paying our legal bill or will CFG? I assume much of our defence will have been carried out by our in house legal team with Panick etc the working on behalf of CFG not City specifically?

My guess and I’m sure Stefan will know better, but it will all depend on how we financed our defence. If we were extremely confident from the start I guess much of our defence will have been outsourced, all delt with by outside council. Then we claim much of our expenses back.

But, and again I’m guessing, if we’re fundamentally cleared of all the actual financial accusations but get clicked with some of the minor non cooperation stuff, then I’m guessing we’d have to pay the PL’s costs or they’d be a divvy up of costs.
