Who the fuck is the fitness Coach Seems to be a right Jonah
Someone slipped him the bar of soap in the showersHow did he get injured?
Silly season is here
It's obviously bullshit he staying put. Has been our most dangerous player or at least unpredictable at times this season until savinhos recent form. He doubt has more to add to his game but is a valuable asset for us nonetheless. Hope he comes back from injury soon as we need optionsLooking for a new club allegedly. Can’t say I am surprised.
TBF to him he hasn’t been an issue seems like a nice lad. Just hasn’t delivered on the pitch consistently enough, although he was just getting into good form. Then Pep announced he was injured, but wasn’t specific, and I sensed something was off including with Guardiola’s remark that Doku would be ‘out a while’.
But we are up an attacker in Marmoush so the lad will still get ignored.Sounds like he is out for about a month... what a shame.
Any thoughts from the club to loan out McAtee now that we are down an attacker would be foolish...
We might also be back to high and wide full backs, with Marmoush, Bobb, Foden and Savinho being the wide players that cut in more and make room for Gvardiol and Nunes to have space further up the field. But we are up an attacker in Marmoush so the lad will still get ignored.
BullshitIs it true or bullshit then that he has spat his dummy?
Pep said it was “mooskewlar” a while back.Anyone know what his injury is? Ruled out for Arsenal.
Marmoush is more of a central player. He and Foden are pretty much best as 2nd strikers. Granted to fit both, one will nominally start as a wide player ( Likely Phil on the Right) and tuck in to leave the line for Nunes or whoever the long-term attacking RB isIf he could adapt his game and play well on the right, drifting inside, he’d be getting much more game time (if he could stay fit).
As it is he has Savinho and Marmoush ahead of him, and he’s going to find it very hard to regular games.
We've seen this system work and hide our deficiencies but Pep keeps going back to his inverted full back and wide forwards which makes us more open in the middle. We might also be back to high and wide full backs, with Marmoush, Bobb, Foden and Savinho being the wide players that cut in more and make room for Gvardiol and Nunes to have space further up the field.
Doku can also do that, but not as well as the others.
That would be a problem in the caribou Cup.Pep said it was “mooskewlar” a while back.
