If Martinelli is out for a while now they're going to struggle upfront. They might be struggling to stay in the top 4 never mind finishing second again with an outside chance of catching Liverpool...

Haaland has really made a meme of this club with the stay humble hahahahaha it is lovely !
They did it to themselves.

It was a passing comment made by Haaland months ago, could've been easily forgotten after a couple of weeks. However, they were the ones who refuse to let it go, regurgitating it and reminding everyone of that phrase everytime Haaland had a semi-poor game.

In terms of trophies they're up there with our neighbors as the biggest failed project in world football. The sums they've spent to win nothing is remarkable.
At least our neighbours have picked up the odd trophy on the way , what has arteta and the project delivered in his tenure ? wasnt even his side he took over that won the fa cup

Just heard Jordan say it’s no biggie losing last night as they’ve still got the PL, the UCL and the FA Cup…
Money for nothing

A few years ago, a Littlewoods fan, who really is an imbecile, when it comes to football, came out with the "No istree?" shit.

I pointed out to him that City won the FA Cup, the League Cup and a European trophy before his lot did.

The next time he saw me, he said he’d looked up what I’d told him, and I was right.

"I know I am," was my only response.
There are a lot of losers who do no research of their own and spout out what they've heard in the pub or on social media. I remember speaking to an Everton fan they said that City were state owned and asked him how he knew this and he did not know. I advised him that City had numerous shareholders including Sheik Mansour who has made a personal investment in City. Facts spoil stories.

I’m still laughing at them even after 8 hours kip.
Maybe to sober up contemplate on why we managed to concede 5 against this shower of toothless tigers. Laughing long and hard at this lot is fine but some very fundamental issues were raised last Sunday, and I hope very much that our management are absorbing this painful lesson, and will address the underlying issues which go well beyond injury and tired legs and minds. This is particularly apt as we face Newcastle in a crucial fixture imminently.
