Ah ok. From “he will do” to “you imagine “That’s what I imagine he will do

Not a continuing second term thoughHe’s already in a second term.
The worry for America is that he sees a third term!
Mind you, as I think he’s actually dead and all we’re seeing is a hologram, he could be President forever……

Imagine if Truss had been in the hot seat the last couple of weeks. Doesn’t bear thinking about.
We'd have had a Monica moment all would be well in the world.Imagine if Truss had been in the hot seat the last couple of weeks. Doesn’t bear thinking about.
Agreed.Excellent press conference and heartening to hear he spoke to Trump last night before pressing on with today’s agenda.
Sadly, I see any proposal being rejected by Putin, even if we have US agreement
Trump could learn a lot about democracy and leadership from himGone up in my estimation, the last couple of days.
We are, but for it to work Putin has to be engaged. Let’s hope we have such a strong position, Putin has no option but to agree, but I don’t trust Trump, and hence PutinAgreed.
But now we're setting the narrative not Putin.
Why the fuck should that nonce **** be setting the narrative?Agreed.

Looks like he's the grown up in the room and the go-between (perhaps not with Putin though).Excellent press conference and heartening to hear he spoke to Trump last night before pressing on with today’s agenda.

You know the answer to that. Why the fuck should that nonce **** be setting the narrative?
His military is demonstrably wank, his economy is tanking, his country is a truly shit place to live, he’s completely full of shit and he’s had that much Botox he looks like an alien.
You know the answer to that.
Putin is setting the narrative because Trump believes him.
But you're right, his military is weak and this war is putting enormous strain on his feeble economy, a unified front could threaten him politically, and it's only when he feels threatened that we'll be able to secure the outcome we want.
I’m confused how Starmer and Reeves can find £1.6 billion for Ukraine on top of the 12.5 billion we’ve already given them, but cuts the winter fuel for most pensioners and renegades on the promises he made to the Waspi women.
Europe should make it clear via back channels what a future Russia could look like if Putin wasn’t around any longer to those who are open to listening there and there will be some willing to listen imo.
