I've no idea but sure I read one of the charges related to the length of the grass didn't meet requirements.Which are the “silly” charges?
Surely if they were silly we wouldn’t be in breach of them?

"I had yesterday with someone who works within the club, who mentioned it will end up just being fines from the PL, mostly the silly charges they added, which we will then appeal." What level does this person work at and would it be usual for them to be privy to such "classified" information ?Of course, I'm currently in the process of gifting David Silva the shirt he wore back in the 12/13 season from the away Madrid game, which I hoping to do in person, he actually doesn't have many shirts from his time with us believe or not, but that's another story, so from a conversation I had yesterday with someone who works within the club, who mentioned it will end up just being fines from the PL, mostly the silly charges they added, which we will then appeal.
I don't know anything more other than that conversation I had yesterday, although I wish I hadn’t posted anything as some of the response is bonkers, I’ve never posted anything about it before and find the whole thing boring and tiring listening to every dickhead who’s knows nothing having a free pop at us but was a little giddy yesterday, and tipsy that it’s soon coming to an end.
I hope the club rip every man and his dog to shreds after it for putting us all through this tiresome bullshit which by the look of this thread has seriously affected some people's mental health.
I long for the days when it was all about 22 men kicking a ball about, and what you got, you got, and then just got on with it !!
This is a separate rap sheet sent down from the Ministry of Silly Charges.Which are the “silly” charges?

Actually, we don't know that for certain do we? That was broken by The Lawyer and no-one ever contradicted or confirmed it, I don't think, but nobody really knows anything. If I was the PL or the club, I would be wanting to avoid the complete shit show the APT judgment became by not completely finalising the judgment in one hearing. Just a thought.
Another thought is that we still have no idea of the complete allegations. We know what some of them most likely are: funding of sponsorships, possibly the related party nature of sponsorships and fair values, Mancini, possibly Fordham, Toure and so on. But it's entirely possible the PL found some additional issues during their investigation of which we aren't aware. Unknown unknowns, if you will. So, while I am entirely confident on the most serious issues, it's absolutely possible that the PL may be able to prove to the satisfaction of the panel some of their less serious allegations about which we know little or nothing.
I suppose my point is nobody knows anything. It's best for us to have slightly lower expectations and be delighted with a more favourable outcome, than be expecting a completely favourable outcome and then be depressed about an outcome that is very satisfactory in the greater scheme of things, but less than perfect.

Why ask that? Why not just take it in good faith that Mark has been told what he’s been told?"I had yesterday with someone who works within the club, who mentioned it will end up just being fines from the PL, mostly the silly charges they added, which we will then appeal." The original rushed out charges detailed the wrong years / law numbers with various breaches which included this but when pointed out, this and other errors were corrected.I've no idea but sure I read one of the charges related to the length of the grass didn't meet requirements.

That was a PL fuck up they used the same rule numbers year on year but the numbers change each season as rules get added and deleted.I've no idea but sure I read one of the charges related to the length of the grass didn't meet requirements.
I defintely know that some people know already, I just can't say who they are as I don't know.
All I DO know is, we're going to find out VERY soon, or sometime later, could be one of the two. The news is going to be VERY favourable to one group and DEVASTATING to another group, as to which I cannot say right now, for obvious reasons.
So keep the faith Blues, or lose it, it depends which.

Thank for clearing that upI defintely know that some people know already, I just can't say who they are as I don't know.

Tea is a drink that can be taken anytime of day.
A multi year witch hunt is always gonna find something- any of the other PL clubs subjected to this type of scrutiny would be found guilty of something.Cheers for sharing, mate. Much appreciated. If we do get fined it won’t be the overwhelming victory many have been hoping for, but perhaps a clean sweep of all the charges was never a realistic aspiration!
