Would rather it was a simple tibia or fibula fracture than an ankle injury tbh.
Joints are weird, take huge amounts of stress and don’t heal well.
Bobb injured in training | Fractured leg confirmed (p 5)
Bad injury in training, broken leg apparently. He’s off to Barcelona tomorrow for treatment.

This guy is desperately needed back. In the Doku thread I said if you want to maximize Doku and Haaland you need to sit back and hit on the break. But if you want to maximize a Pep system, Grealish and Bobb should be on the flanks, and Matheus Nunez, KDB and Marmoush in the middle.

Yeah he's got a prolapsed liver , out for 48 months.
Don’t know if he was mentioned in the press conference but Oscar was the player on the live call this week and when they asked him about his injury he said he was all good and ready to go.
He won't be rushed, and Pep clearly trusts the current set of players to get the club over the line in the FA Cup and top 4/5 this season.
I think like Rodri, we won't see either until the Club World Cup.
He has had 8 months out with a serious injury, what's the rush?
He's a talented young player but that's it, the longer he is missing , the better he becomes, he is rated in the Messi class by some on here, absolute delusion at this time.
Yeah, in reality he’s only played a little bit and had just had a very long layoff. I do think he’s an extreme talent though. His pressing his brilliant, eye for a pass and ability to keep the ball so well in tight spaces. Ideal player for us
He was a superb talent and pre-season looked brilliant and looked like he could become a serious player in this team, sadly that all went to pot with his leg break and clearly a serious one at that.
He is back to square one, as Pep already has stated, he needs to get his confidence back in his ankle, not just his football ability.
It will be a long , hard road back for him, this is a enormous set back for him and the club.
It’s not like he’s had a bit of flu, he broke his leg and then tore ligaments in his ankle upon return from the leg break.

I don’t get it.
Why does it annoy me, as I like Bobb and he might be top notch one day, but this hype our fans have created is bizarre ha!
But like... why are people upset that fans are excited for him?
Even if you dont think his potential is that high, its odd for me to see fans having a dig at other fans for over hyping him.
Let them be excited. Why be that kill joy?
