not noticed those walkways under the ends of the beams before - their gonna be the best view in the house when done!

Couple of really small questions from someone who knows nothing about building, but they have been nagging me.

How do they fix the framing to the bare concrete outside walls of the hotel? Do they drill holes into the concrete?

Also, when they put the shuttering down for the concrete pour on each level, do they remove it again afterwards? If so, is it not an absolutely massive pain in the arse of a job if the concrete is stuck to the wood?

Yes the remove it after each pour and recycle what they can for the next lift and they coat the ply with mould oil to stop it sticking to the concrete

That would make sense as they seem to lift / fix them in pairs , the real give away from distance is which crane was it ?

East side crane so yep, definitely the same as Monday

Looks like a final install rather than a test, lots of insulation behind it. Wonder if it's enough to keep the sound out of the rooms behind?
