To repeat as it’s way back in threadthought the window opens 2 weeks later
The first option is probably most likely!!!!That what time ur meds are due ,the year @halfcenturyup last got laid or the average year our current midfeild was born in?
Or ex-boxer Glenn McCroryLooks more like a young Geoff Stelling!!
why's he not got his villa kit on under his whistle.
Ahhhh...... could that be why they will be holding on to City's guilty verdict until Saturday 24th May?Different rules. I think since last year any appeal has to be held before the end of the season.
That rule would not survive a challenge. “You can appeal provided you do it by yesterday”.Ahhhh...... could that be why they will be holding on to City's guilty verdict until Saturday 24th May?
Didn't know that was a thing! When is the deadline out of interest? The deadline to have a points deduction applied this season has past.
Any punishment on points from now on will be on next season’s tally.

He said applied, not appealed. Different consequences. When is the deadline for any possible sanction to apply to this season rather than the next? It's a thing for routine cases. They never had any chance of getting a sanction (if any) on the City case appealed by the end of this season.
Hopefully they aren't going to try and pull what we did to UEFA back on us here:That rule would not survive a challenge. “You can appeal provided you do it by yesterday”.
Hopefully they aren't going to try and pull what we did to UEFA back on us here:
Some parts we are found guilty on, and we get 24 hours to appeal. Meaning we have just 24 hours to go through and review everything and reset our foundation.
Hopefully for them, meaning it will be less rigorously tested than it might have been.
This is assuming we are found guilty of any of the charges.
And that our legal dept haven't recognised this potential situation, and copiously prepped for such and eventuality.
And that such review and appeal would take long at all to lodge, considering what must be our forensic knowledge of the case by now.
Ignore me, just indulging in a bit of Monday morning conjectorial exploration...

Unless I misunderstood.
The club and the PL know what's been decided - beggars belief that they don't.Yes, I assumed any sanction wouldn't be applied until it was appealed. Possibly wrongly, I suppose.
But, if it's true the hearing is first considering liability without sanction, then there would have to be a second hearing on sanctions (if required). I am struggling to see how they could do that before this season is closed with the publication the new rulebook for next season (normally after the June meeting isn't it?).
Especially if the liability decision can be appealed for yet another hearing and, possibly, in the worst case a subsequent tribunal.
Anyway, no-one really knows anything, do they .... we just have to be patient and wait.
