I got a paper cut last week and was back to work within 3 days, didn't even get a thank you. He’s just come back from a torn ankle ligament which he got on his return from breaking his leg. He’s getting cameo minutes for a reason.
Agree with some of this, but I think Savinho also has a really high ceiling and might explode at some point with his goal scoring. Doku I'm a fan of, but I think will always be a bit frustrating. The ceiling on Oscar is far higher than any other wide player. If he can remain fully fit he will be ahead of Savinho and Doku - mainly because he can do all the beating a fullback stuff but is far more calmer in front of goal. A fully fit Bob scores 10-15 goals per year whereas the other two look at perhaps 6-8 - in fact I would not be surprised if one of these two moves on.
Oscar has rare skills coupled with intelligence, fast feet, an eye for goal and positional awareness, especially between the lines to overcome the low block and bus parking that City encounter. He's got that low-down center of gravity which means he's very good at changing direction quickly.Oscar has rare skills coupled with intelligence, fast feet, an eye for goal and positional awareness, especially between the lines to overcome the low block and bus parking that City encounter. He has shown glimpses of awarenes and control that we associate with David Silva. His potential is sky high. We missed him this season. I am a big fan.
Challenge accepted. If you're throwing Doue out there as the measuring stick, then trust me—Bobb’s not just meeting that standard, he's snapping that stick in half and handing it back to you. He's pretty good but he's no Lamal or Doue... He's a sub player for any top team battling for the CL
Once Sávio sharpens up that end product, he’s going to be one of Brazil’s finest—a proper destroyer. The talent is all there, the finishing is what is missing. The ceiling on Oscar is far higher than any other wide player. What was the story with him today; not even on the bench. Don't tell me he's injured again?
Can’t you have the rest of the 25 man squad on the bench for PL games? Maybe he's not in the 25,given his injury happened in the pre season.Just no room for him unfortunately with Akanji and Foden back in the squad. I think this season is basically a write off for Bobb at this stage

Not until we have qualified for CL.I think Bobb may get into the starting line-up by the end of the season. I rate him above Savinho.

The squad was full and he was injured all season so pep chose othersI know we got the result today but we were again crying out for some creativity, quick feet and someone good in tight spaces.
If Bobb wasn’t injured I just can’t understand why he would not be in the squad and available for at least 20 minutes.
Pep never fails to surprise with his squad/team selections .
