At the risk of being permanently banned from here, I genuinely loved this kit.

What made it worse was that it was the first season with the new badge which was a return to the classic design and yet it debuted on the least City looking home kit we’ve ever had.

The mitigating circumstances were that it was part of Nike's Vapor range that season. So all their kits had contrasting sleeves, shorts that matched the shirt and completely random socks. See the England kit from that season, with light blue sleeves and red socks. Horrible and looked nothing like an England home kit. It was really poor by Nike.

Barcelona really do mess with their shirts and traditions. Shorts and socks alternate between red and blue too. I'd rather be like them than the rags and Liverpool who are boringly pretty much the same every season

Just watching football beach world cup (free on FIFA app) Guatemala kit is superb(white with blue sash), Japan's is not too shabby either
