Well it will at least stop the continuous claims and counter claims between the train operator and network rail if they are brought together. How we then move forwards and stop being rinsed on train leasing costs by the likes of Porterbrook, Angel Trains and HSBC/Eversholt is another matter.I guess the main difference is the tories took them in when they failed whereas this is Labour policy.
I think it’s a good policy if they can bring it all together.
