i see berrada has been drinking the cooleade again suggesting they can win the title in 2028 and comparing a moron to pep because pep had a difficult first year too, i can see why city let him go, the man is a stark raving bonkers snake oil salesman

Obviously they're nowhere near the days of Sir Alex

I think they'll be there soon enough.

The main driver of success in football is money. Always has been, always will be. The team with the most outlay usually wins the league.

People don't understand the true incompetence of United's current form. It is a performance level akin to Leicester winning the league but in the opposite direction.

However, football is a problem often solved by money and they have a fuck ton of it. They'll be back.
Chelsea beg to differ

Correct. They're bound to stumble across a winning formula at some point and be back to the heady heights of 7th. Conference League here they come!

Two goals in an u-20 tournament! Amazing stuff.
Understandable that Stoney-faced has written another fanzine article about it.

Let's hope he can emulate the other Great Dane of Man Utd, Rasmus Hoijlund.
And it’s Le Tournoi, not ‘La Tournoi’, because ‘Tournoi’ is masculine.

Stone couldn’t get past the title without getting it wrong.

I've just read it.

I don't agree with you I'm afraid.

The rags have spent over a Billion pounds since the pisscan slunked away. There's a difference between spending money and investing it. The rags are so behind the game they're spending has become out of control with no mid to long-term plans.

Clubs like MCFC, Liverpool and to a lesser degree Chelsea have invested in a structure that suits their team dynamics. The rags on the other hand are so desperate for things to work out that they're forcing the issue and hoping that paying higher wages will translate to success on the pitch.
I actually tend to agree, i'm just loathe to.

United have spent decades building up that 'support network' in the media, feeding bullshit to their masses about how this is a 'temporary blip', 'this is Manchesniteh we're talking about' soundbites etc, and their goons lap it up and keep sending them cash, despite the anti-Glazer rhetoric.

I've been hearing it for years; United are broke, they're in debt, they've got nothing left. What's this? Another unethical £150m spending on players that hasn't worked? Oh they must really be in the shit now!....but nothing ever materialises. No punishments, no fines, no points deductions. Right now they're just shit, but they're rich and shit.

Will they ever be the dominant force they once were? No, I doubt that, but it's dependant on that debt finally coming to bite them on the arse, dismantling their 'empire' that they regrettably still have, selling off all their assets, academy and infrastructure just to pay it off with no discernable way to rebuild. Because until that has gone, they will still have a way back, and it's a question of when not if. I need them relegated and spending at least 5 years in the Championship for me to consider them truly dead. And if you say to yourself "that'll never happen, though", that's kind of the point.

I see Cunha is the new Cantona (according to this morning's Mirror).
They never learn, do they?
I thought this lad was the new Cantona?

Zirkzee says he's like Zlatan - he's ready to make a name for himself https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...tml?ito=native_share_article-nativemenubutton

Oh I beg your pardon, it's Cantona, Ronaldinho and Ibrahimovic.

Honestly think these lot could go down. Amongorin is clueless, their system doesn’t work and I think they’ll finish third bottom with Leeds staying up.

The laugh emoji though lol

They carry on with the attitude of meandering through their league fixtures like they did last year it could get very ugly for them by bonfire night.

All together now

“Ruben Amorim, they’re never gonna win again, crying in the Stretford end, the reds are going down…”
