Yep it's been going a few years now mate, we had a blue moon virtual 5 or maybe 10k a while back as wellJust joined, didnt realise we had one.
Just looked and it was a 10k, in march 2021,our resident west ham fan sorted it all out, maybe when @BlueHammer85 has stopped drinking himself into oblivion we can have anotherYep it's been going a few years now mate, we had a blue moon virtual 5 or maybe 10k a while back as well
Went out at 06:45 this morning & completed about 5.5k. First time I've done that distance without stopping for a couple of weeks, but it was at a very steady pace.
Got home, had a cold shower, but I've only just stopped sweating in the last half hour or so!
Honestly didn't think it was that bad this morning, although I must have sweated out about 4 litresTough going in this heat.

Thanks for the vids, Stu. Nice entertaining snippets, which I would encourage others to watch. They are only a few minutes long, and always have some interesting tips.Sitting here feeling sorry for myself with a nasty dose of Covid-19 so I thought I'd share my new video about getting it all wrong as a runner.
Thanks for the feedback mate! You're very kind and it means a lot. Thanks for the vids, Stu. Nice entertaining snippets, which I would encourage others to watch. They are only a few minutes long, and always have some interesting tips.
I score quite well on this one. I don't drink, always have a warm down, and can never be accused of going too fast.
Maybe do a collaboration with Gaz about where to get cheap running gear.
CHEAP!!! Try telling that to my Mrs and kids when we going on our annual 5 day holiday to middletonThanks for the vids, Stu. Nice entertaining snippets, which I would encourage others to watch. They are only a few minutes long, and always have some interesting tips.

Nah mate, the smell of weed is far stronger than the empty boddies cansIsn’t Manchester just permanently cloudy, dark and gloomy with the stench of sewage and empty boddington cans laying about? Maybe that’s why it’s cooler up there.

Done the exact thing at the same time, came home and had a shower, and I was still sweating 10 minutes later!Went out at 06:45 this morning & completed about 5.5k. First time I've done that distance without stopping for a couple of weeks, but it was at a very steady pace.

Nice one @Stuuuuuu! Just joined (or sent my request)All right lads, I've set up a new Facebook group for all things running. My intention is for it to be a supportive community for anyone who is getting into running or hoping to improve. I've stuck with 'Finish Line Focus' as I like the idea of people signing up for an event and then doing everything to successfully cross that finish line.
It's a brand-new group so I'm sharing it with you lads first. Feel free to join up!

Great job mate, 24hours is a long long time to be in your feet.Doesn't quite belong in this thread because there wasn't much running involved but I completed the 100km Peak District Ultra Challenge over the weekend in just under 24 hours. Physically, it was the hardest thing I've ever done but we've raised £5,164 for a cause very close to my heart so every blister and cramp was well worth it.
Had a few days complete rest and, once my toes are back to normal, I'll be back out running. Need a new target to focus on now!
Never ever had problems with my feet before but I've got blisters on top of blisters. I've enjoyed popping them though!Great job mate, 24hours is a long long time to be in your feet.
What are these normal toes you speak of?
