I took my daughter to football training at Denton girls fc.

I know loads of old time Blues in Denton, always seemed more Blue than red to me, even in the dark days

Iv worked all over what's now called Tameside,hand on heart,I'v never met or worked with any bloke from Denton that wasn't a blue.

Utd are now ahead of us in womens football and that is something i can cope with but if you have daughters maybe not.

Honestly not seen a rag shirt for at least a couple of weeks, normally ping 3/4/5 City ones , similar number of dips and some Rangers ones, for some reason very rarely a Celtic one when I'm out.

Anyway I was walking up the coast today in next season's shirt only to be asked in a pissy way about last night/this morning's game, obviously a rag chancing his arm stepping out of the shadows....

After a couple of comments each way I realised what I was talking to and left the fucker with a hanging question of who did they play in it this season....in fact when did they last play in it.

Mrs Moon was quite pleased I didn't go on a full verbal assault....fingers crossed for a reward later ;)

Been in Cornwall over the last couple of weeks. Loads of City shirts, mainly on young kids. A few Scouse but hardly any Rags. Future is Blue

Saw a couple of City shirts in Barcelona yesterday. Only one United shirt on what appeared to be a tramp.

Sadly, only saw two non-Barca shirts while out and about in Barcelona yesterday: Roma (Italian guy) and the navy blue United Away shirt (Chinese guy).

Quickly discovered the Chinese guy spoke good English, so as he was walking into our hotel and I told him they don’t allow United fans to stay at this particular hotel, as it’s a decent place! He laughed and asked who I supported. Upon learning I was a blue, he covered the badge up and said, “Oh, sorry, I don’t want to get beaten up!”

I just walked away laughing while shaking my head!

Two days here and not seen a City shirt yet, new or old.

P.S. Blasphemy though it may be, that deep blue Rag shirt, with the polo shirt collar and bright white Adidas stripes, looked very nice in the bright sunshine.
