Oasis came out to Crazy horses by the Osmonds on one gig in Manchester but for the life of me don’t know where, anyone help? Driving me and my brother mad.
2001 ? Glasgow ??Oasis came out to Crazy horses by the Osmonds on one gig in Manchester but for the life of me don’t know where, anyone help? Driving me and my brother mad.
Roughly, I was pissed and have been multiple times since so don’t remember2001 ?
I was with Creation on a freebie. I remember Peter Hooton, the singer from Echobelly and then Noddy Holder telling me the beer was free. Second night. Went on the pitch for the gig as blagged a mate in pretending he should have been on the list. Couldn't get him upstairs though. No but I got a brilliant Polaroid of Billy Ocean Colour Scene
I’m pretty sure ian brown has been season ticket holder for years.Oasis would never play Old Trafford like the Roses played the Etihad. It just wouldn’t happen and quite right too, so they can’t be that passionate in their love of United (maybe except for Mani)
The branding of the band as being Red is a load of bollocks IMO - imagine what Reni thinks seeing those wanky Adidas tops. Other former band members were also Blues.
Manchester.2001 ? Glasgow ??
That would be brilliant if season ticket holders got first dibsThere’s been rumours of 10 nights at the Etihad and 4/5 nights at Knebworth as well as a European tour next summer for ages. If they keep on performing like that last night I don’t see why they wouldn’t do it. Prioritise season ticket holders for one gig please lads.
Our kid went to the Etihad gig.. hated it for the reasons you’ve mentionedThe Etihad was worse imo, Inchy. I went to the Saturday at Heaton Park and enjoyed it. People were just euphoric at them coming back and you could not hear Brown sing as the crowd was so loud.
It was just full of coked up idiots, all pushing and kicking off, at the Etihad.
Cracking district of Manchester that.2001 ? Glasgow ??
good to see they got them red s*ite crying
Liam G's silly tweet has got Man City China's highest complaint levels. The ill-advised "because we need each other" post on Weibo was seen as backing for Liam and his racist slur post. Oasis won't be playing China any time soon.
Tried explaining to a few Chinese mates that Liam is not the shiniest apple on the cart and that he was likely not thinking. The level of abuse and accusations of racism-sympathiser was astounding. You can't defuse something when emotions are high. Really took the shine off the excitement of a great comeback.
Well, as long as they support russia they can all fuck off.Liam G's silly tweet has got Man City China's highest complaint levels. The ill-advised "because we need each other" post on Weibo was seen as backing for Liam and his racist slur post. Oasis won't be playing China any time soon.

Liam did play Shenzhen and Shanghai a few years back. They have never played in China, mainly due to Noel once playing at a concert for Tibet.
They will still sell out any venue they do choose to play anywhere else on earth, so the tweet is pretty inconsequential.
