I've been reflecting a bit on the time scale of this recently, bare in mind I have no expertise, but if there are 130 charges and each one takes the panel on average 3 or 4 working days to make a decision, we aren't going to hear anything at all this year even, for the full report it could well take until next summer, no need for conspiracy theories. I think we've all got a bit carried away (myself included) with the idea the verdict would be made public last spring, but really no one has any idea how long this would take (including some experts), there hasn't been any case even remotely like this one before.
