He's been played by Putin. His people know it and one of them had the spine to stop it as it was happening. The media are now just reporting what happened. Hes lashing out as he can't cope with the fact that the west hates what he does with Putin but he has a massive bones for the guy even though he's basically being blackmailed. Trump is dumb and weak and he doesn't like it when it's pointed out to him.
May be wrong but it sounds like with the emphasis now focussing on security deals, has Zelensky a territorial line in the sand he thinks Putin may accept?Sir Keir Starmer will chair a virtual meeting of the coalition of the willing this morning after the talks at the White House.
Downing Street has said the prime minister will update leaders on the outcomes of the talks and discuss next steps.
Led by the UK and France, the initiative could see troops from a number of European and NATOcountries deployed to Ukraineas peacekeepers in order to deter Vladimir Putin from rearming and attacking again in the future.
The “peacekeepers” should be deployed in those area that Russia has taken over to ensure that they are not being used for a further excursion into Ukraine.Sir Keir Starmer will chair a virtual meeting of the coalition of the willing this morning after the talks at the White House.

Very well put.The state of Russia is why Putin wants to keep this war going. When the guns fall silent there will be the realisation of what exactly was this all for, the million plus who have been killed or wounded them and their families will be left to fend for themselves. Living standards within the country are worse than in Soviet times, the country is flat broke with the money being syphoned off to Putin and his mates. If and when peace happens Putin will then be under threat internally, which is why he needs this distraction over the last three and half years going.
