PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I don't think anyone has said PSR rules are illegal in principle, but they may be in the way they are applied. By unfairly incorporating allowances for favourable interest shareholder loans to the benefit of certain clubs, for example.

I agree. No doubt all of us will be pleased, and we will watch the slings and arrows fly right past us, but it is events on the pitch that we all care about and get passionate about. I won't be celebrating, but I will now reflect upon the number of times that I have told my truth and it has been rejected, with nothing but conjecture and gossip; not for long will that be true.

Been saying this for some time now, we will not "win " anything, even with the best possible outcome.
The club should then take every possible route to get recompense, not just financial, but for the reputational damage.

Know what you're saying but if and when it happens I'll be celebrating big time. I'll save the outrage for the next day.
 
I've been working on a certain agents house, he has no city players of high profile on board, but certainly 1 from utd, 1 from Newcastle and few from other premier league clubs, that I know of, he's no super agent but obviously knows his stuff, anyway, I asked him why players were still open to joining City if getting done, relegated, banned etc etc, he said, "because they will get away with it", without telling him I'm a City fan, hope he's correct, if not, I'm stretching this out and charging him more :-))
 
Aside from the ‘we’re clean’ proof, I’m hoping the evidence presented bore a great many indicators that something was not right and obviously biased against us, and that we have also pushed on this aspect in our defence.

As with medical diagnoses and other types of investigations, one indicator could be many things, two gets interesting, three pointing to the same thing and you really start to pay attention.

Reckon it’s inconceivable that there aren’t quite a few of these in the entire show, that Khaldoon has known this for quite some time (“We know who and what has been going on”) and that they have now been spilled and can’t be ignored/unseen.
Hence the ‘once and for all’ statement.

Imho, this is what is causing the delay.
Fallout, negotiation and agreement as to how to manage the new world order…

You should charge him triple for insinuating we will “get away with” anything, the ****.

Then triple it again.
