Of course Russia are winning...
The Russian army is incompetent and corrupt. Good thing for Ukraine. It’s particularly bleak because China has come down firmly on Russia’s side which gives NK a free hand to provide as much weaponry as they can build to Russia. Similarly Iran has no incentive to stop supporting Russia due to the attitude of the US, and the US itself is scaling back support to Ukraine.
It all boils down to a combination of Trump’s incompetence and overt admiration of autocrats. They’ve also managed to push India into that alliance.
It’s now just Europe that needs to do what it can to support Ukraine. The rest of the world is either on Russia’s side or has no influence.
The only slightly positive news is that in spite of Russia’s diplomatic wins across Asia and in the US, his army is still making hardly any progress in Ukraine.
Russia don’t adhere to agreementsHow can it be classed as an own goal when you're attempting to save the lives of your own civilians?
As for the question "why hasn't ruSSia flattened Ukrainian government buildings?" It will be an unwritten agreement, avoid the Ukrainian parliament and the Kremlin won't be targeted
Of course Russia are winning...
I thought I'd explained that, and why I put the " " either side. How can it be classed as an own goal when you're attempting to save the lives of your own civilians?
To be fair, it's barely worth covering, obviously it's better than the other way round, but it's miniscule in the grand scheme of things. Can’t wait for the extensive BBC coverage of this.
I completely agree, but it’s not stopped them reporting the incremental Russian tactical gains over the summer and presenting them as irrefutable evidence that Russia is winning. The true picture is far more nuanced than that and is not presented as such on the BBC.To be fair, it's barely worth covering, obviously it's better than the other way round, but it's miniscule in the grand scheme of things.
I think you may be waiting a long time...Can’t wait for the extensive BBC coverage of this.
With Russia's Air defence over Kherson and Crimea vaporised, Ukrainian Bayrakters have been making hey in those occupied lands...
They're just too big to fly without being taken out by air defence. Without air defence they can return to the sky' with their onboard ground attack missiles. They haven’t been mention in such a long time I assumed they had all been destroyed. That’s excellent.
