I doubt Chelsea are in a lot of shit. The choice of the FA confirms it, imho. They will be found guilty, they will be sanctioned with a big fine, the cash for which they have already, the PL will say, without a hint of irony, that no further action will be taken because the FA handled it and it was a long time ago.

And they'll get a lesser punishment because it was a previous ownership and not the fans fault. Plus because they self-reported.
