Governmental conspiracy,... that Arsenal guy was the bogeyman.... everyone is tired and just wants it to go away.... the APT resolution isn't related but, then again, it might be if you stand on your head and squint....

I have made a point of not clicking on anything with Delaney's byeline for probably 4 years now. Sick of the uninformed trope filled tripe. Dont want him getting any clicks from this reader. Sounds like he hasn't improved.

There’s plenty of evidence of government corruption & being ably assisted by the law. Clubs, premier league, previously UEFA have all conspired. You’d imagine influence would have made it go away years ago, like it always seems to do for the red cartel but nothing surprises me anymore.
 
Apologies if I've missed it but @slbsn, as it's an international break have you been invited onto TS to provide no update of your own?

^I don't mean the above to sound disrespectful by the way. It's a slow news week so seems logical there's an attempt to get some updates on the charges, even if there aren't any!
 
To those that are smarter and have a clue about this kind of thing. Say all evidence/defence was brought forward from both parties, but then a few months later new, more damning evidence/defence is acquired by either party, can this be brought forward and considered? If so could this have happened and why the delay in a decision?

Not been invited in as there are no relevant stories to discuss (unless you can think of any financial or legal cases where we have news?)

Not before an appeal and even then pretty unlikely to be permitted.
