It should be immaterial but a small part of me will always be pissed about it
okay, i think i have your drift now, mate. For me, ‘proper’ reggae is the 60s and 70s (and some early 80s) stuff with that slower, happier, sweeter sound and vibe. Stories about love, nature, spirituality, struggles and of course, the herb. A lot of it sounds live on the record, that innocent rawness to the sound, you can “feel” the music.
Dancehall originated from that vibe but as recording techniques and technology improved, the sound switched to a faster tempo, more “produced” sounding, and much of it not even recorded from real instruments. The topics changed, it became a lot more sexualised, derogatory towards women, glorifying violence and guns, and in some cases, a switch from the herb to cocaine being the underlying inspiration. The vocal style changed from that really rootsy crooning and harmonies to more harshly delivered, “loud talking” (not quite rapping but not far off), but not much actual singing. A more aggressive and macho vibe.
I enjoy both but I much prefer reggae. I can easily do a full day of reggae when I’m working from home. Dancehall, I have to dip in and out and have breaks.

We're keeping the Bluemoon team building in full flow.A lot of pages today. Gotten us absolutely nowhere.
Yep. We're getting more than a tad oversensitive when we start worrying about what other fans think. I hear that "the damage is already done"! "we're branded as cheats"! Well, those who run our club have no remit to run our club to suit fans of other clubs and as afar as I'm concerned they've branded us as "Centurions", "Fourmidables", "domestic treble winners", "European treble winners". And what damage have these fans of other clubs done to us? I've never in my life heard a gang of sousers, cockneys, geordies or Stretfordians sing " we love you City" or "City, City, we'll support you evermore" but in the past I've heard them sing "Relegation to you .." Let's see the charges dismissed and then enjoy ourselves and our club even more.Look I don't give a flying fuck what other fans think, if the tribunal clears of all the substantive charges I'm having a party. Let other folk think what they want to, it should be immaterial to us.
It's only the older fans imo who may worry or the older ones from other clubs giving it large. The younger ones don't give a rats arse as they don't listen to the mainstream media.Yep. Man up ffs.The problem is that the majority of fans from opposing teams believe it’s true.. that’s permanent damage as they’ll never believe we’re not guilty even if they find in our favour over 115

Once we’re cleared I shall revel in their pain; smile sarcastically at any comments they might make & stick up 4 fingers to them all. In some ways their hurt & dashed hopes will be worth the last few monthsThe problem is that the majority of fans from opposing teams believe it’s true.. that’s permanent damage as they’ll never believe we’re not guilty even if they find in our favour over 115
They will never investigate the other clubs. That is a given. We know the red cartel clubs are untouchable. The whole reason this witch hunt has gone on is to divert attention away from the wanker clubs and to bury the fact they are run badly. The rags for example. A soup sandwich of a mess but all we get is positive stories week after week about them.Which is why rather than moan about how unfair all that is (which it is), we instead need to push for equal levels of investigation for other PL clubs. That's not moaning, thats wanting equal treatment.
A massive banner "Now investigate the rest", in full view on tv at every home game. That'll make them twitch a little.
Are we having this party first or when Fergie dies.......close call thoughLook I don't give a flying fuck what other fans think, if the tribunal clears of all the substantive charges I'm having a party. Let other folk think what they want to, it should be immaterial to us.
Have I stumbled onto the 'Great British Sewing Bee' thread?and in auditing "audit sum amounts" at the end of an audit refer to a Summary of Uncorrected Misstatements (SUM), a record of all identified errors or omissions that have not been corrected. The audit team can assess whether uncorrected misstatements in total result in a material misstatement, even if individually they are not material.
Unfortunately no stretch of the imagination could lead me to be considered a younger supporter!!!! But I hope you're right. It's only the older fans imo who may worry or the older ones from other clubs giving it large. Again, sport is about having recognition for your achievements and without recognition you're left with shit. This is pretty much the biggest sporting autopsy in English football ever and the people who brought these charges forward are/were and will always kill the games reputation by poisoning the well, and they do this to make money and for no other reason.
They have killed the game as a working class spectacle it's now a shadow of the grit it used to be and what we are left with is a mass of happy clapping gimps taking photos and partaking in the food and club shop whilst not knowing fuck all about the history of the sport and its football integrity.
We sold out and we need to buy back.
