Did someone give you a little hand coming up with that post?At this point it wouldn’t surprise me if Jeremy Beadle appeared and said it’s all been one big joke, and that’s despite him being dead.

Because the parties may have some input as to when it gets publicly released.I don't get why there's this general view that the panel, who are not affected by the football calendar, would sit on a report and wait to send it out during an international break?
Whilst they might agree to do that, what are the chances that it stays under wraps with no leaks if, for instance, they get it next week but agree not to release until the next international break?Because the parties may have some input as to when it gets publicly released.
Depends what it says. If it’s in the PL’s favour it will definitely get leaked.Whilst they might agree to do that, what are the chances that it stays under wraps with no leaks if, for instance, they get it next week but agree not to release until the next international break?
The panel was commissioned and paid for by the PL. Both parties will have input into when it is released publically. It is not a criminal trial. Both parties will have to co-ordinate the comms. There are a huge number of stakeholders involved, some of whom are impacted by stock market reaction for starters.Because the parties may have some input as to when it gets publicly released.
And what is the small hand pointing at, 5? With the big hand pointing at 11?Ah, the Human Clock
