No. You can transfer to another ST holder for cup games as long as the person you are transferring to doesn’t already have a ticket for the game.Apologies if it's been asked before, does the new rule banning transfer between season card holders include cup games?

How is that enforceable? Who stipulates what is / isn’t a “burner” phone? Not doubting the veracity of your information but how would City (or any other club) be able to state categorically that someone is using a burner phone? And what if I chose to deliberately use such a phone out of choice? Not sure if this has been mentioned, but I know a lot on here have talked about having a phone just for the ticket.
Liverpool had a big crackdown recently, and gave out 1000 lifetime bans, but this quote from the Athletic article might frighten a few...
"Almost 500 people were denied access to Anfield when trying to gain access to the stadium with a burner phone, which is often described as an inexpensive, prepaid, and disposable mobile phone used for temporary or anonymous communication."

I'm in the euro cup scheme and I want to buy an extra ticket for a strongly linkd member who can't buy a ticket in their own right. Can I buy the extra ticket then transfer it to them? Can't find any info on this scenario and neither of us want to wast £40 on a nnn transferable ticket. For cup competitions, if you are on the Cup Schemes, you will be able to transfer your ticket to:
1) a Cityzens Official Member
2) 1 of your three nominated non-Members
3) a Season Ticket Member not on the cup scheme with no active match ticket.
ST members on the euro cup scheme can buy up to 3 extra for the Dortmund game.
