It would be ridiculous not to use the Etihad especially with the new upgrades completed by then, don't think it has any correlation to the result. They will cover any City branding visible to the TV cameras during the Euros anyway.

If turns up with a crate of Stella I'd be very concerned Khaldoon strikes me as more of a cigars and cognac sort of fella

Sorry but nowhere did I say that it was either a UEFa rule or indeed a PL rule. My comment was simply that there is a requirement for PL clubs to publish details on their websites which as we see is indeed the case.

You asked that I point you in the in the direction of the “ rule” which I did.

Hey I am not taking seriously the suggestion that anything can be read into dates accounts are published all my posting was intended to do was put some dates for reference.

Either way, PL clubs don’t have to publish accounts aside from Co House. Those teams given a uefa licence for the subsequent season ie after the season ends have to publish their accounts. It doesn’t apply to all PL clubs. I doubt this was the rule you had in mind but fine. Bottom line is there is no rule requiring City to publish before 31 March on Companies House and on its website not before May (if they qualify for UEFA). So nothing can be read into this especially as the truth is as said above - the decision wasn’t in as of earlier this week.
