But we keep being told that the two are in no way connected and will have no impact on the 115 decision...
Oh, you!
But we keep being told that the two are in no way connected and will have no impact on the 115 decision...
Possible but very unlikely. But, more importantly, it didn't happen. They just await the decisionIs it possible that some external information may have detailed the process? Something has come to light which impacts on the decision-making. I know this can happen in criminal cases.
Nothing to do with it.I often wondered if the APT findings and outcome would have had an impact of sorts.
They're humans at the end of the day - its highly likely they would have read through the judgement.
When City are (possibly) claiming there is bias and inconsistency and then another verdict is saying rules were 'unlawful by object', it must make you take notice.

It is imminent but nobody except the panel know when or how it is taking so long.Tbh I only read anything on this thread that you reply to, so thanks.
You mentioned earlier that the findings are now being written up ahead of informing the parties of a decision. In your opinion, when is the decision likely to be made public? Could this stretch into another season 26-27 ?
Thanks. The mounting costs must be alarming both parties though.Possible but very unlikely. But, more importantly, it didn't happen. They just await the decision
HahahaI can answer that. It's imminent and next international break is a good time ....
It is quite fascinating how many people (on both sides) can't accept that we're just waiting for 3 blokes to write a really long report in between their day jobs and no one knows how long it will take. People keep having to make up new reasons why it's taking so long.
Good to know the future of our club is dependent on 3 blokes who will get round to it when they have a minute. It is quite fascinating how many people (on both sides) can't accept that we're just waiting for 3 blokes to write a really long report in between their day jobs and no one knows how long it will take. Imminent as in all the other previous imminents? Or imminent as in stand by your beds and get ready to rumble imminent? It is imminent but nobody except the panel know when or how it is taking so long.

I suspect, as ‘King’s Men’ when the King (state) calls, that might be their primary duty.".. in between their day jobs...". Is that how it works? I would have thought this is part of their day job.
Maybe they meet up in their local boozer after work and write it up whilst playing a few games of 501.Good to know the future of our club is dependent on 3 blokes who will get round to it when they have a minute.
So why don't the club or the media or the PL ask them why it's taking so long and when is a realistic time frame for the outcome? It is imminent but nobody except the panel know when or how it is taking so long.

Stevie Wonder was writing it up but he dropped his pen halfway through and couldn't find it for 9 months........It is quite fascinating how many people (on both sides) can't accept that we're just waiting for 3 blokes to write a really long report in between their day jobs and no one knows how long it will take.
