Err no its notThere is only one way to compare two strikers - count the goals 'n games!

I suppose you can look at it from a subjective angle - who was more pleasing on the eye but unless the more pleasing can put the ball in the net it's pretty meaningless and 'achieveless'!Err no its not
No what is meaningless is if you have a striker that scores 32 goals in the league and the team gets 90 goals overall in the season and in a different version a more versatile striker gets 20 goals but the team gets 100 goals and more points. A striker with other skills can add more goals to the team overall.I suppose you can look at it from a subjective angle - who was more pleasing on the eye but unless the more pleasing can put the ball in the net it's pretty meaningless and 'achieveless'!
Yer get no points if yer get no goals. We had a fair number of lasses who could have scored last night but didn't - no goal, no prize. Thething is that without Erl's goals or Sergio's goals we'd have probably won nowt or very little. Still doesn't answer the question - Sergio or Erl!No what is meaningless is if you have a striker that scores 32 goals in the league and the team gets 90 goals overall in the season and in a different version a more versatile striker gets 20 goals but the team gets 100 goals and more points. This is not a hard concept to grasp.
We did very well with no striker at all. We have had periods when we got more points with Haaland out of the team and that is the most important stat of all, points gained.
Points win prizes as someone once said:-)
Ideally we could maybe play slightly different maybe with a 10 who could create more space for haaland and the other attacking midfielders. At the moment its slow boring sideways passes with a big bloke stood next to centrebacks.
There's a significant section of our fanbase (certainly the online fans) that simply can't resist piling on players. Witness the abuse a couple of the current squad get. It's one of our less desirable traits.Agreed, everyone piling on Haaland as he’s going through a bad patch. What’s the point of it?
I reckon every fanbase has it on the internet mate. And I’ve no problem when it’s actual legitimate criticism but I find the comparing of our two greatest strikers, with one being used to batter the other, absolutely nonsense. There's a significant section of our fanbase (certainly the online fans) that simply can't resist piling on players. I always said in my modding days, that I have no problem with constructive criticism. It's to be welcomed, in all honesty. Blowing smoke up someone's arse doesn't really achieve anything. Problem is, what is being dished out by a large number of our "fans" is certainly not constructive. Stuff like "******* is a ****", or ***** is a useless wanker, why can't he just fuck off". What does that sort of shite add to any meaningful debate?I reckon every fanbase has it on the internet mate. Pure abuse is what teenage Rags and Scousers do online. It’s pathetic when it’s grown men and women doing it.I always said in my modding days, that I have no problem with constructive criticism. I not knocking him but besides QPR where he was absent most of the gameStill Aguero for me. His dribbling was what sets him apart from Haaland and he was a big game player.

Liverpool when we won 2-1 and Bayern
What other really big games did Sergio sort out for us
That is why these kind of threads are nonsense
It just isn't a good look when it gets bumped when Haaland is going through a rough patch and loads decide to go hard on him.I not knocking him but besides QPR where he was absent most of the game
