PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I remember many many years ago being at home with a couple of school mates when my dad said we were having corned dog hash for tea.
I had to explain to my mates that no we didn't actually eat dogs but I couldn't tell them what the fuck it was because I didnt know.
Not sure I have ever heard the term from anyone except my dad. I'm glad I've heard the reason for the name and it has brought back a long forgotten memory.
You scruffy ****.

;)

Two things the thought of make me heave. Strangely enough I can stomach corned dog on a chip butty. Mayonnaise is another puker. Try and get a butty at the airport without that shite on it. A must is Daddies Sauce, all the other sauce is nonsense. What was the thread all about again?
The thread is actually - Bluemoon - Easy Meals

I always took you as a Gentleman’s Relish
Ah yes, Gentleman’s Relish made from anchovy paste. At the research association where I worked the very first Research Report it produced, in 1919 (before my time) was on ‘white spotting in anchovy paste’.

I was unaware of this in the 1970’s when we were asked to examine some anchovy paste with white flecks in it. My usual range of microscopy tests didn’t inspire an answer (though they should have). So I asked our mass spectroscopist to see what that showed. It was actually his assistant who examined it and told me it was tyrosine, an aromatic amino acid. I was still doubtful and when our principal mass spectroscopes returned I asked if he would check the results. He took one look at the traces and told me no (I was his boss), I should trust her results. That was when I checked the literature and found this old research report!

Still it had taken the previous researcher’s over a year to work it out and they had followed a similar pattern as my microscopy. They did however also work out what processing differences influenced the occurrence of white spotting, so I was able to sound very knowledgeable on the subject.

Now, like the outcome of the PL charges, not many people know the above but it did take around 50:years for that research to find a use!

just laughed at talkshite jordan talking about paqueta FA charges his opinion he wasnt cleared of match betting but FA couldnt prove charges so reading between lines city will always be guilty even though theres no evidence to prove it
So he was not guilty of any offence then. Talkshite love a play on words!!!

What a fucking knob. The analyst that started the whole affair was found to have messed up massively so the foundations of the case didn't even exist in the first place. If that's not being cleared then I don't know what is

When I left school I went for a interview for a job at Robertson's Jam in Droylsden in the labs doing the kind of thing you describe above - I was well in, with the interviewer really impressed until I mentioned that I was colourblind........ they couldn't get rid of me fast enough after that.

Footnote - I became an electrician instead (if the red wire looks like green at one end, it'll look like green at the other)

He said the same after our CAS victory. All he was banging on about was "well UEFA found them guilty"
