No, there were games when I wondered what was wrong with him. As there are with Haaland. Players can’t be at their best 100% of the time. They’ll have poor periods. No need to compare the two, we’ve been blessed with two of the best strikers ever, we should just enjoy it.

Prime Agüero. Haalands a great striker, but his use of the ball is poor and ball control sloppy. We could do so much better by playing to his strengths. Poor guy is always looking for a run, but the players don’t see it.

I agree Haaland is an average footballer at best. He started today with a great pass to Semenyo but doesn’t have the skill to hold the ball up or play passes in general.

Watching him trying? To close down GKs is comical. I am not sure his goals are a better option than someone who could score half of that amount but link and create much better

He is and will become one the best goal scorers of all times. I would not be surprised if he leaves City in the next 2 seasons

It’s because Rico Lewis wasn’t in the team today.
On a serious note, Haaland is a great goal scorer but when he’s not scoring we’re effectively playing with ten men.
