The associated parties hearing which the club settled with the PL even though it’s not the same thing as the 115 situation, it does have some overlap. How the PL got exposed as incompetent in not even running a legal rule book opened up a thread that City could have kept pulling at which means there will be some horse trading in regards of what happens in the eventuality of when this whole shit sandwich concludes.

All in all the PL have painted themselves into a very regrettable corner that has cost them and their stakeholders money and ultimately the people at the top like Masters their careers. They should have never listened to jealous Premier league ceos wanting the destruction of our club and money hungry legal people telling them they had a winnable case.
