PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

That could be the crucial element. I'm guessing it was named after Moscow and that's where home fans were allowed in to a game played behind closed doors, with many Blues out of pocket as the order was made well after flights and accommodation had been booked.
All things are linked.
Aliens.

No they don’t
Ok, school me. HH Sheikh Mansour was the Chairman of IPIC, which owned Aabar, and his two closest aides were CEOs of IPIC and Aabar. That setup is usually more than enough to treat Aabar as a related party. There’s information in the public domain suggesting that Sheikh Mansour had significant influence over Aabar. Isn’t it likely that the Panel, on the balance of probabilities, would find that City should have treated Aabar as a related party and failed to do so?

Depends if David Gill had thought of related parties before deal signed

The Premier League only needs to show that it is more likely than not that Aabar should have been classified as a related party under IAS 24 and was not. Unfortunately, there is material in the public domain that supports that conclusion. As I see it, this is a potential win for the Premier League, but as others have said before, it would amount to a relatively minor breach.
This isn’t true. The burden of proof is less than in a criminal court case but it’s still significantly higher than you’re suggesting.

Following your line of reasoning may I ask how many companies is our Sheikh chairman of and consequently are they all related parties?

Elementary, my dear Watson. The difference is that I’m saying there’s a real chance the PL’s charges aren’t as serious as people assume — and that even if we lose on some of them, the worst-case scenario is probably a fine and a relatively small points deduction.

Restricted access on his profile as well, wouldn’t surprise me if most of those 2k posts are pro-115 charges.
