I think he was one poster who was very much unable to take emotion out of his posting. If anyone challenged anything he said he was like a baby who’d had his rattle taken off them.Stefan is blue through and through, his legal mind is just able to take out all the bias and emotions, which is very helpful when it comes to football.
We would all be in a worse place without his input.
The sky is definitely blue ;)
I agree completely.Which is why we should go after the cartel club bastards and sue them for hundreds of millions.
Just look at some of the wrong’uns who are VERIFIED followers of that shitty_rabin x accountIf I recall correctly, I criticised something he'd posted (I think it was about wages) calling it "bollocks". He went berserk and aggressively demanded apologies and threatened legal action, I seem to remember. I was a bit shocked by the ferocity of his response so, to keep the peace, I apologised. But he carried on with the aggressive emails and eventually I told him not to contact me again (and I might have blocked his email address). That was about the same time Gary J was getting abuse from him.
Then he seems to have joined up with a Liverpool fan in Littleborough, who was directing abuse against Rabin quite heavily on Twitter (his username was Shitty_Rabin). This guy failed to cover his tracks however, and we unmasked him fairly easily. We even found he'd been abusing one of his own colleagues using another Twitter handle, while talking to her normally using his public one. Clearly a guy with issues, which was surprising considering he was a qualified accountant specialising in education finance, and was vice-chair of a CofE Schools Trust in Rochdale (which he's since stood down from). He's currently a Trustee of another Rochdale Academy Trust.
They made formal complaints to my then-employer that had no foundation, but these were soon seen to be clearly malicious and were dismissed after a brief investigation. It was very unpleasant for a few days though.
They also got others to pile in and it was quite frightening for a while. City got involved and complained to the Football Writers Association and we were advised to look at bringing a civil prosecution for harassment as one lawyer told us their actions met that bar. Everything calmed down after that, particularly as Shitty_Rabin decided to lay low when he realised we knew exactly who he was and that we could end his career. Fortunately we didn't stoop to his level though.
It was because he was dealing, in the majority, with emotional footy fans who couldn't accept unbiased expert opinion.I think he was one poster who was very much unable to take emotion out of his posting. If anyone challenged anything he said he was like a baby who’d had his rattle taken off them.
Have you been speaking to my wife?It was because he was dealing, in the majority, with emotional footy fans who couldn't accept unbiased expert opinion.
Now you’re talking about my wife.It wasn’t mate. It was clearly the ramblings of someone who has never, ever been wrong about anything, ever.
I'll go with the chap who knows his onions and never thinks he's wrong, rather than the over emotional kfa fan who activates whenever a point is made that doesn't vibe with his carefully constructed version of reality, who never thinks hes wrong. Thanks. It wasn’t mate. It was clearly the ramblings of someone who has never, ever been wrong about anything, ever.
The antagonism towards him made me embarrassed to be a long term forum user. The Dunning Kruger effect perfectly demonstrated.I'll go with the chap who knows his onions and never thinks he's wrong, rather than the over emotional kfa fan who activates whenever a point is made that doesn't vibe with his carefully constructed version of reality, who never thinks hes wrong. Thanks.
P.s. this isn't about you, btw. Just an off hand generalisation of the foaming at the mouth responders I have seen Stefan having to fend off. No wonder he's bailed...
Just about to say this. Don’t understand the god like status we allow some posters to have because they what? Talk to other legal professionals? Everyone on here has a hissy fit, some are allowed some not.I think he was one poster who was very much unable to take emotion out of his posting. If anyone challenged anything he said he was like a baby who’d had his rattle taken off them.

The irony is that he hasn’t said anything different from Tolmie, he’s just used a more cautious tone.
Having spent the last couple of years in expensive legal proceedings, I think the last thing City needs is to spend the next couple of years doing the same again, even if fans want blood. Plus it gives oxygen to those who accuse City’s owners of ‘stifling free speech’. More likely a quiet word with owners of news outlets to remind them that they don’t want that either and leave it at that.Agreed! Fully cleared and sue the relevant people for slander, defamation etc.
I hope that City just take the win.Having spent the last couple of years in expensive legal proceedings, I think the last thing City needs is to spend the next couple of years doing the same again, even if fans want blood. Lone social media posters will probably be left to howl into the wind as it would otherwise increase their profile.
I know a lot would like a scorched earth policy after the announcement but I think they’re going to be disappointed.
Nearer to the mark probably :(That probably narrows it down. Thought it might be in the 22nd century.

You see what you want to seeThe only antagonism I ever saw was from him. His responses, when questioned / challenged, were rude, patronising and dismissive.
Interestingly, he never responds like that on Talksport. That tells me he chooses when to respond in that way.
