That's not true though. I remember Ric posting on here that this deal for KDB had hit the rocks in a big way, this place went to shit for about 50 pages.

Yeah I don't know if it will £50 odd million. Was just told it would top the initial payment on Sterling which is £44m. There will be add ons with this one taking it past what we will pay for Sterling.

Yep, you're right. In order to be "under 21" and therefore not registered for the Premier League squad you must be less than 21 as at 1st January in the year the season begins. So Zuculini would have needed to be 20 on 1st January 2015 not 21. He needs registering. Sterling was 20 on 1st January so doesn't need registering in the 25 man squad, he will need to be registered next season however as he turns 21 in December.

For the 2014/15 campaign Under-21 players will have been born on or after 1 January 1993.

Eg.

For the 2015/16.... 1 January 1994.
