Its a false report. Its not based on 100% of people. Its based on percentage of what people would accept. Its also done by a Utd paper with Utd reporters. It was better when people bought a copy in the 80's & 90's. Now its free but would best be used as fish & chip paper.

Well well the MEN survey results say 51% of city fans want the eagle.

I hope those that thought they were in the vast majority wanting rid of it are suitably annoyed.

If you read the original post you will notice a reference to 51% and then the term vast majority. A percentage works on 0-100. When Copycat mentioned 51% he implied 49% were remaining to vote on other elements. Hence my reply to you about false reports. The numbers for the ship & rivers are not fine either. My guess is over 90% would like them on the City badge.
