Answered this many times, the plan is for four screens not all necessarily showing the same thing. My opinion is that they are awaiting a definite decision on the next phase before getting two additional screens considering the cost of them

Another singing section to compliment the first one, so they can both be quiet at the same time?! ;)

As for the family stand - when will people grasp that kids like to be close to the players, to their "heroes". I know i did as a kid, and it seems to still be the general view. City are not going to shove the kids up to level 3, full stop.

There's a platform that wheel chair users go in the corner, they could maybe have stuck a block with 4 or 5 rows of seats in. Goes no where near the cable net.

They look a bit empty the corners will look better with the screens in, the stewards who stand there during the game must get a cracking view and zero crowd control to do.
 
I can't see how they can put the screens in the new corners at the moment, the way the structure is I just can't see how they can do it, the pillars go out and above the screens would have to be hung rather than tied to the ground and I Can't see that happening. But I'm not an engineer so what the hell do I know.
 
Probably already been mentioned, but I came across an interesting article today which sheds a bit more light on the recent 13% sale of the CFA to the Chinese, and how it could shape the Collar site and Etihad Campus as a leisure destination in the future.

TBH it could also have gone in the other thread, but one paragraph stands out regarding future possible Chinese links to the Collar site and proposed leisure destination.

Please note, there is no mention of the Collar site or propised leisure destination in the article.Not wishing to get anyone too excited.

I will try and post the article later on tonight.

I think I read it on here but the roof supports holding up the 'temporary corner' pieces of the roof impinge more than was originally though and the current giant screens in the corners of the North Stand won't actually fit in the corners of the South Stand - I think they need to be a bit smaller
