With the greatest respect, who cares. Like Buzzer said, fuck stats. They tell only 1% of the story. What we all know is we're a better side than them and that's all the matters. CTID.

No, stats are good but they have to be complete. As @Metalartin shows above once you add in number of passes the entire narrative changes. Stats are important but you have to use all of them to paint an accurate picture.

-------------Bravo
Sanga--Stones--Ota--Kolarov
------Dinho----Silva
Sterling----KDB----Nolito
-------------Sane

Sane played as a false 9 to totally fuck with Bailly. He won't know whether to shit his shorts or just curl up with Sane dribbling at him. All he wants to do is mark up and play defense. Take that away from him and he will wilt. Can't decide between between Sagna or Zabs. Whoever starts Sat should be on the bench Tuesday.

Gundogan comes on at 70 for Silva or KDB and then starts on Tuesday.

Thats what I would do.

I have a Bruce Springsteen show the night before. Game time is 7:30am and I should be back home by 3:00am. It really sucks since Adele is playing in the arena across the street. Parking lots will be a mess.

So I'm going to need to have a massive breakfast ready to go. The other option would be to kill the eight hours in the city and stay up all night and watch with the fan club. Sorry if this is incoherent, I'm on some fairly powerful sleeping medication and I am wacked out of my mind

"Massive" breakfast you say, Hmmm

I hope you're right, but fear we may be disappointed.

We currently lack physical power (less so if Vinny were playing)

You can get away with that playing on our own patch, but less so against a team that is now dominated by height in big nose, Bailly, Fellaini and Pogba.

Regardless of the possession stats, Mourinho's Chelsea beat United with 27 per cent, the season before last, and you know they will pose a huge threat from every set-piece and corner. That could be even more pronounced by our zonal marking and the officials now looking for slightest contact.

It's weird, but this is the first time in a while when I have felt the gulf isn't so wide.

Call it years of watching, but it's written for big nose or Pogba to score.

This is the game where Pep convinces me once and for all, we're back.
Don't worry mate their 1 goal will come from a twattenburg joke pen

I think we'll look great and play fantastic football.

However, they'll get their lucky goal and it'll be hailed as a Mourinho masterclass that Pep never saw coming...

Probably big nose or Rashford to grab the headlines with a world class finish - aka a shinned shot that deflects three times before scraping in off the post.

And the Twat of the day award goes to peter schmeichel for his statement that Pep is Lucky and also boring, failing to provide entertaining football.

Someone posted earlier that we would see a curve ball from Pep that would fuck the moaning ones plans up, I subscribe to that too. We all know what the moaning one's plan will be though, the aircraft carrier is ready...! Nothing but a City win for me, no Idea of the score and don't care as long as my hunch is correct..!

I feel a calm confidence I haven't known since the heady days of Mercer and Allison. Guardiola is simply the best manager in the world, and he probably knows more about the Rags than you could put in a book. He will have this planned to the last detail.

My prediction - The referee will be the Rags' best player.

dont matter about the ref,,we go out and play football to the rule book they can't do anything ;-)
