As for our ridiculous neighbours I'll just repeat my comments after reading reports of our victory at the swamp: We should have lost. Simple as that. Lost.
Forget that we took them apart for 40 minutes, forget that we created more than them after the break, forget that Bravo's challenge on Shrek wasn't a penalty. We should have lost.
They have benefited from defensive fuck ups, lucky bounces and dodgy decisions for so long that they sit back and wait for them to happen. Stones and Bravo were their best players in the derby (certainly created more chances for them) yet the media said they should have won. Could we have had a pen? Did KDB hit the post? Did Silva curl one just wide with the keeper rooted to the line? All irrelevant: they MIGHT have had a penalty therefore they deserved to win.
The good news is that if the club actually believes this shit they won't address it. Meanwhile we're playing on Wednesday.
