Certainly not but that's the weird thing. He doesn't drink allegedly so you'd think his tolerance to alcohol would be low and that he would realise there was something wrong, particularly if he was well over the limit.

Why was he pulled over, was he driving like my missus?? If not there must have been some reason they decided to stop him. If the alcohol consumption was accidental, he has a very good defence, my son got an 18 month ban and a £500 fine 6 years ago but contrary to his recollection of events, he was 3 times over the limit, amazing to be that far over after only two pints.

The court heard that he thought he was drinking diet coke which he had been pouring himself from a jug, but it was actually pre-mixed and had brandy in it. He said he thought it tasted funny but drank it believing it to be just pop.
