More often than not Pep's team selection and subs are a joke, and that was the case again today.

Kolarov, Fernando, Caballero, Nolito and Sané have all done more than enough to earn game time this season and guess what? None of them got any.
1 substitution all game is ridiculous and Pep's got the rest of the league laughing at him. Koeman isn't all that. Our recruitment policy is embarrassing and we clearly need new fullbacks.

Fernandinho can't be properly replaced in this team. His brainless aggression has put us in this position. Jesus not being registered still is another joke. Someone needs to take Pep aside and teach him how substitutions work.

We had a perfectly good manager in Pellegrini yet we just had him in really as a caretaker manager waiting for Pep. Once we got Pep we didn't even go all out in the summer fucking frustrating.

You have every right to be completely fucked off but that really is stupid.
Getting harder to defend bravo. Clearly has been a top keeper but he isnt getting any protection right how and is being badly exposed. Beginning to think he might be past it, along with most of the squad.
We havent played for 9 days, so can someone explain why these azy twats couldnt run when we hd all the posession?
How have we been left with these full backs and centre mids?
Why is kelechi our second choice striker?
And why the fuck are our "world class players" not scoring goals?

2 weeks to strengthen with buys or call back some of the loaners for me it's call back joe something I thought I would never say as I felt it was time to let go buy a right back and a ball winning midfielder damage limitation till the end of the season then regroup
 
Both the players and Guardiola needs to come up with a compromise fast. Whether they are going to do that is another matter.
 
I'm seeing nothing in us at the moment that would suggest we'll make the top four. There's are definitely more than 4 teams that look better than us at the moment. We're not getting the best out of our attacking players and our players at the back simply aren't good enough. When I look at a team like Southampton, you could argue that their goalie, centre back pairing and left back would all get into our side. Based on that, why should we be in the top four?

TBH I dont even care if we fail to make the top four. No European football seems to be benefiting Chealsea and Liverpool. It's allowed them space to regroup and for their managers to adapt. If it can do the same for us then i'm happy to forego it for a year. I'm pretty sure Spurs will be glad to be out of it too now. Going off Arsenal's repeated failures to mount a meaningful title challenge year upon year, i'd even argue that securing champions league football often serves to paper over the cracks in teams that are just treading water.

Our current manager doesn't really seem to be adapting to the league as quickly as I'd have liked but i hold out hope that it might come good in time. Klopp took a while but it seems to be clicking for them now. If it clicks for us next season then it will have been worth it but it's hard to tell whether it's largely the manager or our players who are the limiting factor at the moment. All I know is we look a complete shambles and yet half of our fans are more bothered about blaming the press, the FA, the referees rather than admit that look at ourselves.
 
We have now got major problems with this side. The side pep put out on paper should have blown away a very average Everton side put once again our defense was found out time and time again and no teeth in attack. Mancini team was much better from defense all the way to attack.
We will not win anything this year and in the summer unless we sort out our defense and forward line I expect more of the same next season.

That was disgusting.
The defence is the worst it's been in 6 years and the keeper is dreadful.
Almost every one on one goes past him, poor decision to let Joe go....there I've said it, I didn't want to, but I can't bare to see Bravo between the posts again.
 
Need to drop bravo and stones. These two are not good enough and our biggest losses come when both are in the same team.
 
Humiliating. He may be a great coach but at the moment he's killing the team. They have no idea how to play and the keeper is a disgrace
 
Well, that wasn't good. We have a team who on paper look like near world beaters but whom only actually turn up and do the business once every 4/5/6 games....there's a complete lack of consistency......we have spunked god knows how much on a lot of players in the last 2 years, £300m and have made our team worse? That takes a bit of doing.
Bravo has been poor, from his pretty rash 1st appearance at OT in the derby right through to now he has earned us how many points with saves...???....none? I was not a huge Joe Hart fan but I will say this, Joe would never have stood for that shit he saw in front of him this afternoon and he earned us lots of points last season with saves and match winning performances.
Sterling has reverted back to his one good performance every 2 months routine as per last season, Stones is a walking liability....how have we been suckered into spending £90m on two of the most overrated English players in the last decade?
We are so lightweight looking at times, teams just bully us and we crumble, there is no spine to this team at the moment
Jesus, we are actually worse than we were this time last season.
