Media persecution of Raheem Sterling

However, it's getting difficult not to wonder if Sterling is being unfairly penalised because of the narrative that has built around him. Some of the worst refereeing decisions that City have suffered in the last 18 months have all involved the winger and they've all been inside the penalty area.

Think there is a lot to be said for this. Hopefully one of the topics being discussed with Riley.

No, though I do believe there are a number of empty seats in at least one of his houses - as well as four in his disgustingly filthy Mercedes.
This needs to be brought to the attention of the masses...

He's belching out dirty filthy diesel fumes and there are empty seats in the car? I must email the Daily Telegraph and Daily Mail immediately! The Tower of London beckons!

I also have it on good authority that he left some of his greens whilst dining out at a lavish local restaurant recently. (Seemingly he hid them under some mashed potato).
All of this when there are people starving to death across merseyside...

As Marie Antoinette was oft heard to say about those Scousers - 'Let them eat candles!'

The difference in coverage of Raheem and that lazy Scouse cnut Sturridge is clear as day and night.

In a similar way it's a little like the press that foreign players reeive for diving yet when English players dive - Rose, Rooney, Young etc it is 'cute or clever play or 'he felt the contact' etc

How strange the mirror are running a story about the most hated 11 players in the prem, you would think Sterling would be a shoe in possibly captain.
But surprisingly he dosnt make the 11 or even get a mention.to be fair a team of any stoke defender ,fabragass ,Barton ,sturridge ,Rooney and Costa seems about right :+)

Headlines in the Mirror yesterday.
Raheem Sterling forced to adapt new £3.1m mansion so it doesn't cripple space observatory used by Prof Brian Cox
So if a stray asteroid hits the earth anytime soon, we all know who'll get the blame.
