Hello Simon JordanDo folk still think international breaks are taken into account timing wise?
It'll be announced when it's decided, there's no nuance to it.

Both sides believe they have won. I’m not sure why that would equate to bullshit or what the poster had to gain by lying. It sounds legit to me but nothing we didn’t already know.Who let this rag bullshitter on here. OOOOOOOOO MATES....Do fuck off you clown
Maybe mate but come on. Been zero leaks anywhere mateBoth sides believe they have won. I’m not sure why that would equate to bullshit or what the poster had to gain by lying. It sounds legit to me but nothing we didn’t already know.
I've been called everything under the sun but this is the most disrespected I've ever feltHello Simon Jordan
personally i dont give a fuck how people start their conversationsWhy do people persist in writing 'Personally, I...'? It's a gratuitous affectation. If you have something to say, be precise, and 'I' is sufficient here.
"nuance" ..... his favourite wordI've been called everything under the sun but this is the most disrespected I've ever felt
It's not a leak though, which is kind of the point. We've seen similar from our perspective, that we are confident in what the result will be. The delayed pile on looks more suspect than what they posted.Maybe mate but come on. Been zero leaks anywhere mate
I'd go for "narrative " !"nuance" ..... his favourite word
Yes. Plus they would know that any attempted chicanery could be swiftly pursued by many dollars worth of investigation and ruin...It was independent in the Apt case and the Leicester case. These people are respected and professional KC's to be biased in the case against City is more than their collective reputions are worth.
Nawwative.I'd go for "narrative " !
Out on the town with @BlueMoonRisin’ I see... ;-)After having a conversation in the pub last night with someone who knows fuck all about football I can confidentially say that the result of all the 115 charges brought against us will be announced on a day with a " Y " in it.
Don't ask for his name as I won't tell you.
Maybe mate but come on. Been zero leaks anywhere mate
I think we're married to this theory...Isnt this espoused every international break? Have to be right one time i suppose
Bit of a 'Don't think we're unaware' watching brief statement...I always viewed it as that the club noted Rosen's club but didn't actually object to anything. I can't see any value in starting by impugning someone's objectivity, especially one not on a panel.
Why did they need a chair if they weren't tired enough to sit on it?Yes I’ve just found the information there is a panel appointment by the chair
As in 'but what about City??'Masters said recently that his meeting with the redshirts was not to vet him but to ask what he thought about City. That’s even worse, but Masters couldn’t see it.
This post is mental especially:I appreciate my post wasn’t delivering the feelgood hit of positive news that everyone wants to hear, which is why people are so quick to attack it - but if you actually take a moment to read the words, rather than just leap straight to a defensive position, you’ll see I’m not claiming this was some exclusive leak of the final result that I was privy to before anyone else.
At no point did I say this.
The impression I got from these guys when discussing the situation was one of bullish confidence in both the PL’s position, and dismissive confidence at the lack of credibility behind any of City’s arguments or evidence to refute the claims.
But at no point did anyone say the result was in, and they were speaking from a position of knowledge of the final outcome.
For me, it was mostly interesting because it suggested - contrary to claims on here - that the result isn’t with either party yet.
Because I would expect these guys to know if it was.
And that was mainly why I posted it.
It was at as time when a few posters were claiming the parties had either received the result, or it was imminent.
And that’s definitely not the impression I got from these conversations I had with these two.
It’s not very often I disagree with you mate but this “embarrassment” also follows City around, simultaneously undermining us, so imo there’s no way City would encourage such a situation.Fwiw, I have always thought the club has manipulated the PL brilliantly into a situation where they had to choose between "embarrassment" in having to close a four year investigation without charges and "embarrassment" in having their allegations roundly countered in a public document after a hearing.
The PL chose the latter. More fool them, imho.
