I think the opposition have sussed him out and are making him look ordinary,I know wigan did tonight they knew exactly what he was going to do.In Fairness to him I dont think the way rest of the team are playing are helping him,I thought a vast majority were shocking tonight.

Given isnt the complete goalkeeping package but neither is joe hart,I think we need to be looking for big strong keeper in the summer who will win those crossed balls.

There are no decent referees in the game today,and I dont think we have enough pace in our midfield to cope with being down to 10 men.

Personally I think you have to look at the manager when results arent that great but I'd rather have mancini than hughes anyday,hughes was a one dimensional manager but at least mancini tries things.Its not his fault that his players cant pass a ball or trap a ball(control of the ball is abysmal...

Given has saved us a lot since he has been here but it makes you think how many goals we wouldnt have conceded if he had commanded his box or come out for crosses.Some people are blinded by the saves he makes but in reality he is not as good an all round keeper as many people think.

My sentiments exactly but that is the challenge for us now,getting into the champs league with average players and then being able to get the next level of player that will take us to the next step

We'd have lost this game with hughes in charge,simple.I must admit I was pretty annoyed when the game finished but I still think we wold have lost with hughes but I know you want to be entertained when we lose.
