When you open the app, they ask for your email address. They then send you a registration code of six numbers. Most people find it in their junk/spam folder.

Once you log on to the app you stay logged on so need for another access code. You really only need an access code when you first log on when you register. As log as they register with their email you can send it to their app by putting their email in the app.
