Wolves Vs City Post Match Discussion thread

I have read all the posts from the match thread and post match thread. Some interesting points raised, most I agree with and some just made me laugh. It's been a tough day being a wolves fan, the older die hard city fans on here will know how I'm feeling very well. It's late now but will post up...

    Wolves V CITY.

Re: Wolves v City official pre match thread. I pretty much agree with everything you say there to be honest! On the Jarvis subject, when hes on form hes amazing and he will leave along with fletcher. Its a shame as if they all played as well as they can every week then we wouldnt be going...

Re: Wolves v City official pre match thread. Cheers mate, hard being a wolves fan sometimes thats for sure. I seen some of the city fans stying on the tele after losing the other day and i thought to myself, try being bottom of the league with only 5 wins all season! Kinda puts things into...

    Wolves V CITY.

Re: Wolves v City official pre match thread. We play that practically every week and still concede 5 goals. Dont over analyse the system we are playing it means nothing, we are just trying to limit the embarrassment. We are so slow and not playing as a team it would matter if we played...

Re: Wolves v City official pre match thread. Forget Bassong, u wont believe how poor Stearman and Johnson are!!! In fact the whole defence are awful

    Wolves V CITY.

Re: Wolves v City official pre match thread. Yeah the timing of getting rid of mick was stupid, no one decnt available and after the transfer window closed. It just caused more upset and the team fell apart after that, mick still had the players behind him. I agree the stadium is coming on...

Re: Wolves v City official pre match thread. Yep think you are spot on,Newcastle is a fine example. Its what we need, to have a clear out and start over.

Re: Wolves v City official pre match thread. VIEWS OF A WOLVES FAN!! Hi, Some of you will remember me posting on here many months ago when my team Wolves played city. I said I would check back in when it was the reverse fixture at Molineux. Well a lot had happened since the last match for...

As some of you know im a Wolves fan, I joined this forum when we played Man City and I occasionlly post as I found you to be a likeable bunch of guys. Got a soft spot for Man City, love seeing them do well after all the years of grief you have had to put up with from Man Utd....the noisy...

Re: Connor Salmon Hi guys, not posted for a while. Thought I would log on as wanted to see what you lot thought of the Milijas red card against Arsenal. Its nice to see it from a neutral point of view. Straight away I find this thread, cannot agree more with this comment. May aswell ban...

I wondered that too as he lobbed the ball towards the goal and then there was a delay and a cheer but the cameras didn't show it!

I think we see more from Doyle when Mick plays the wide men such as Jarvis and Hammill etc but when we play away especially against big teams such as City we play more defensively which makes ithard for Doyle to get anything. Ive really enjoyed posting on here and hearing some of the comments...

I agree that Henry should of got a yellow today and I think Stearman was fortunate to stay on the pitch. Both Sterman and Berra do the same thing every week and i cant beleive we dont get more penaltys given against us. The ref was piss poor today. Their performances should be watched closely...

Massive fan of both of them, to be honest probably our two hardest working players. Doyle was quiet today but usually doesnt stop running. It doesnt always score many but he does a lot of work holding the ball up and creating chances for Fletcher. Ward is mr utility and seems to play well in any...

i agree, the biggest problem he has is living up to that price tag. Would love Wolves to have him back towards the end of his career

Maybe that penalty decision for the choke hold going against you makes up for the handball on weds night?! I will have a word with Mick before the return fixture to see if he can leave Hennessey out so you can get 6 instead! Come on 3 points is the main thing!

We dont find the cheesy music that annoying cos we dont hear it much at Molineux lol

playing badly and winning games is far better than playing well and dropping points. Thats the sign of a good team, also you might need a little luck along the way but they say you make ur own luck. From the outside looking in, City look sensastional when they are in top gear and every team in...

Im glad we have that kind of reputation, we never give up and that makes me proud! Surely all city fans should love Wolves for ending man utds 30 odd game unbeaten run last year lol.....i know it sticks in my mind!! I will check in on here occasionally as i like city and you lot seem a decent...
